Regarding order acceptance

After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email. However, receiving a confirmation email does not mean that we have accepted your order or that a sales contract has been formed. After receiving your order, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept or reject your order for any reason.

If we cancel your order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount you paid in your original currency.

If for any reason we are unable to provide the products after we have accepted your order, we will cancel your order and refund all amounts paid.

Warranty Coverage

We guarantee all defects except for accidental damage and normal wear and tear. If you experience any problems with your product, please feel free to contact us. We will respond promptly.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

In the case of a malfunction caused by our company

If there is a defect or problem with the product that is our responsibility,Within 30 daysWe will accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for any defective products. We will cover the return shipping costs (up to $25 for international shipping and up to ¥850 for domestic shipping). This guarantee applies to both in-stock and custom-made products.

Return policy if there is no problem with the product

Inventory items and accessories

  • Products in unused condition (no bends or wrinkles in the leather, and the buckle has not been threaded through the belt hole) will be shipped within 1 month of delivery.Within 30 daysIf so, we will refund you in full (excluding shipping costs).
  • For used items, we charge a restocking fee of up to 80% depending on the condition of the item, as we cannot sell used items as new.

Custom-made products

  • Products in unused condition (no bends or wrinkles in the leather, and the buckle has not been threaded through the belt hole) will be shipped within 1 month of delivery.Within 30 daysIf so, we will refund 60% (excluding shipping costs).
  • As custom-made items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold at the original retail price, a 40% restocking fee will be charged.

*Important: The same fee will also be charged for cancellations made after production of the custom-made item has begun (usually within one week, or within two days if you select the expedited shipping option).

For used custom-made items, a restocking fee of up to 70% will be charged depending on the condition of the item.

Other important points

  • If the return is not caused by us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your order within 7-14 business days.
  • Please be sure to include your order number when returning your item. Without your order number, your refund may be delayed and we may deduct up to 2,000 yen as an administrative fee.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method
